Our biggest purpose is that all human being's eternal desire for make world-peace. we develop leadership ability, community society, realizate better friendship to 3 ways purposes and the JCI creed.
JCI's each member is on the base, LOM group is the second , rally the LOM and NOM organized in 109 countries.

JCI's executives are pick by voting system. A World President(WP) is on the top, then shares 4 areas have 4 SEVP and 17 VP help the them, at the same time, each of 17VPs manages 3 or 4 NOM.

It is held annually during the second week of November. The location was decided upon by the World Congress General Assembly 2 years prior. Between the conference, opening ceremony including executive committee , board of derector, financial committee, LOM president conference, JCI executive's candidates opinion meeting, special seminar and each country's international night, we have a general meeting during which we decide next year's main business, including the executives for the next year (president, 4 EVPs, 17 VPs). After which, we will complete the week long conference. JCI Korea has Korea International night and Seoul night.

We have Area Conferences in 4 areas (Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Africa) for JCI every year. These are usually held during half of the year. This is considered to be a smaller conference of World Congress, it consistsof theopening ceremony, general meeting, international night and special seminar. During this time, JCI Korea holds Korea night and Seoul night yearly.

A girl who called Peggy from St. Louis, Missouri, US, founded YMPCA to prevent car accidents and to solve the problems of her community in 1915. In Mexico, representatives from 8 countries held a JCI conference on December 11, 1944.


	When he was 23 years old, he has established 'advanced youth association', Giessenbier has spoken out for JCI and its activities. He is quoted as saying, "I believe that this organization includes great personality and a strong spirit of citizenship and it's going to aid in eternal peace for the world in JCI'
