Dear Members of Asia-Pacific JCI!

On behalf of the four million citizens of Busan, I send my greetings to all of you. I am deeply honored and grateful to have this chance to invite you to the second largest city of Korea, Busan.

Busan is a city of international conferences. With its world-class facilities, accommodation, convenient transportation network and talented professionals, the city has successfully hosted mega-scale international events including the 2002 World Cup Final Draw Ceremony and Games, the 2002 Asian Games, the 2004 ITU Telecom Asia, the annual Pusan International Film Festival and the 2005 APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting.

Visitors from all over the world praised us for our beautiful scenery and cultural attractions and commented that Busan is one of the most dynamic cities in Asia. And Busan has been recently chosen as one of Asia's top 8 international conference host cities by the Union of International Association (UIA).

I now invite you to the 58th Busan Asian Pacific JCI Conference. I hope that the youths from the Asian-Pacific region would come together and build new and strong friendship.

The city government will make its utmost efforts to make the Conference a great success.

Busan, a gateway to Northeast Asia and a city of peace, is ready to welcome you, and we would like to ask for your keen attention and warm encouragement.
