Welcome party helds after Opening Ceremony, and it called ¡®entrance of flowers¡¯
It¡¯s international organization so, each of representatives of the participating countries wear their traditional costume, then the entering looks like fashion show with big handclap , cheers and national flags. It¡¯s totally one great scene of exciting festival
Afterward, finishing the opening ceremony, Invites JCI executives, national presidents and all attendance (about 8,000 people) from city Busan. And make big welcome party which called ¡®Korea night¡¯.
In this welcome party, we will enjoy performance with buffet and provide opportunity to make publicity through traditional foods. Also, this is the place which exchange our culture between variety JCI members
It¡¯s salute which decides success of this conference, important party which informs starting of this conference, too. From this day, it¡¯s chance to make schedule of delegates.
Generally, it starts at 9¡¯o clock with simple commemorative ceremony ,sponsor, introduction and watching video , then it¡¯s going to be area publicity and introduction of members. Last, it makes progress with watching performance, dance party and foods. |
The last day of Conference has closing ceremony which called GALA.
Usually, In hotel banquet hall, they arrange round table for 10 people and provides full-course of meal and champagne, wine. In the stage, there are performance with dancing people who enjoy this last night.
It starts with 8 o¡¯clock, have dinner first, then finish dancing party and performance at 1¡¯o clock in the early morning, usually. When we have dinner dancing party at the table, so we need to pre-confirm all attendance.
Especially, when we have dinner, we should wear formal clothes with regular dress-code, it¡¯s usually each traditional costume of countries or evening dress, tuxedo and dark-color formal suit also okay.
We¡¯re supposed to attend this conference about 4,000 people. It¡¯s going to be held in BEXCO |
